As a result, the ethos of our claims service is to be fully engaged as part of our client facing offering. We exist to ensure that clients’ expectations are exceeded and to act as client advocate in all dealings with underwriters. As a minimum we aim to ensure that claims and other contentious issues are settled promptly with no inconvenience to the Client.
